How to Prepare for Your Appointment at Pet Paws Spay and Neuter Clinic
Welcome to Pet Paws Spay and Neuter Clinic. To ensure a smooth and successful appointment, here are some tips on how to prepare:
It's essential to bring the necessary documents for your appointment. Please remember to bring your pet's vaccination records, call/email to discuss deposits or payment's, and any completed new client forms. These documents help us provide the best care for your furry friend. Please have all cats in a safe and reliable carrier (each cat must be in an individual carrier)and all dogs need to be left in the car and on a leash while checking in. We are a smaller clinic so more room the better. Your pet will not be able to be groomed or have a bath 7-10 days after surgery to ensure a full recovery, so please bathe and groom your sweetie before their appointment.

If your pet is here for surgery here is some things to help prepare for their appointment.
Arrival time:
8:00 AM-8:30 AM If you are later than 8:30 without a phone call heads up or an email, please note that we are unable to do surgery and will have to be rescheduled for another day. Please know we are aware that traffic may be worse on certain days, but please contact us to let us know you are running a few minutes behind.
Pick up time:
We will give you a call when your pet is ready. Usually between 10 and 2 PM, but it can be earlier or later. Please make sure your day is free.
What to do upon arrival:
PLEASE LEAVE ALL DOGS IN THE VEHICLE UNTIL YOU HAVE FINISHED CHECKING IN. ALL CATS MUST BE IN A SAFE & RELIABLE CARRIER(each cat must be in an individual carrier) . Then, please make your way inside to fill out some paperwork in the office. Once you have completed the paperwork, we will go over it with you, and then you will wait for your sweetie to be called back for check-in.
Can my pet have food or water?:
Please make sure your pet has NO food or water after midnight the night before surgery. If your sweetie has eaten after 12 am, he or she may vomit during surgery, which is a choking risk. We will not operate as it is too risky.

We require either a cash or card deposit. If you do not have a deposit before your appointment, we will cancel the appointment until a deposit is made.
